Shipping Policy

Processing times are typically 3-5 business days from there please allow the mail carrier 3-5 business days to deliver your order. We try our hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience!

Once your order is picked up by the mail carrier we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when you placed your order. You will then receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct before purchase.

Do you offer Returns?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received — In their original vintage condition and with proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of vintage items, minor signs of wear may be present. Any major flaws will be noted in the item description to the best of our ability.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Stickers

  • Physical media

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

A Note on Vintage

We love our clothes with character. These pieces have lived full lives before finding their way to you—and that history is part of what makes them special.

Our items are styled and photographed to capture their essence (they do photograph well), but please expect a naturally worn-in feel. Minor imperfections, signs of age, or subtle wear may be present and not always fully visible in photos.

That said—we believe the cool factor far outweighs any imperfections. You’re not buying something brand new, you’re buying something with a story.

If you’re looking for pristine, untouched condition, we may not be the right store for you—and that’s okay.

We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out prior to checkout.
